Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on 10/18/23, found that Care Plus Home Health Services had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a follow up survey completed on 8/4/23 related to a state re-licensure survey completed on 5/16/23.
